Nature Walk for Early Risers
6:30 a.m.: Continental Breakfast, bagels, pastry, coffee, juice, fruit
8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Experiencing the Presence of God Through Praise
Experiencing the Presence of God Through Corporate Worship (Down by the Riverside)
Sermonette: Rev. Vera Rhyne, Associate Minister, Solid Rock Baptist Church/Chaplain, James Rivers Correctional Center
9:15 a.m. Experiencing the Presence of God Through Holy Communion and distribution of palm leaves
All ministers are invited to assist.

BRUNCH 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.
Menu: Fruit, Pastry, Croissants, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Pancakes

Dismissal after brunch, but feel free to walk the grounds, go down to the river, sit in the gazebo, etc.
2:00 p.m. Leave premises

Registration Information

Registration Fee: $225 For Entire Weekend
Room: 2 nights
Meals: 5 (1 breakfast, 1 brunch, 1 lunch, 2 dinners)
Snacks during workshops and breaks
Workshop materials: Each participant will receive a 3-ring binder with all workshop handouts.

Special arrangements will be made for those who want to attend only on Saturday; however, you will not get the full benefit of the retreat. Also, for those who can, please try to stay for Sunday's Corporate Praise, Worship and Celebration.

There is a limited number of private rooms with a private bathroom that will be assigned to early registrants. After the private rooms have been assigned, the next assignments will be made for the semi-private rooms and last assignments will be made for rooms with three people. For couples there are queen-sized beds. Room assignments will be made on a first-come, first serve basis. The room rate is per person; so the rate is the same for a private room as it is for a semi-private room. ACT NOW!

Payment Plan

After seeking God's guidance and it is made clear to you that you should attend this retreat, kindly submit $25 non-refundable deposit by January 31, 2009 to reserve your room.
$100 deposit due by February 14, 2009
$100 final payment due by March 1, 2009
Add a $25 late fee if you register after March 1, 2009
No registrations accepted after March 15, 2009

Cancellations are honored only for emergency purposes only up to March 1, 2009; however, you may get someone to replace you if you cannot attend the retreat.

Special Notes

A mini-refrigerator is in each room. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks for personal use.
Bring your own towels and toiletries including soap. If you forget, those will be supplied for a minimal fee for weekend use. There are no telephone, televisions or clocks in the rooms. Feel free to bring alarm clock and your own quiet music for meditation in your room.

Two Spiritual Directors will be on the premises for one-on-one spiritual direction.
One Counselor will be on the premises for one-on-one counseling.
Prayer Partners will be on the premises to pray with and for you at any time.
Special dietary needs are honored.
Bookstore on site with Christian books and other religious items.
On site photographer will take pictures that you may purchase for your retreat memories.
Feel free to bring your own camera.

Do Not Register If...

1. You do not want to experience the presence of God over and over again.
2. You have a spirit of murmuring and complaining.
3. You are not open to embrace the anointing of the Holy Spirit that will be presence.
4. You are already at the limit of experiencing the presence of God and His love.
